Tihana assists in the conduct of defamation and general commercial litigation, including research and analysis of legal issues, preparation and review of evidence, drafting legal documents and preparation of court documents.

Tihana has previously worked in the area of Wills and Estates and served as Tipstaff to the Family Provision List Judge, the Honourable Justice Hallen of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Tihana has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2018 Doyle’s Guide in the area of Wills, Estates & Succession Planning and has had her article ‘Family Provision Law in New South Wales: Celebrating its Centenary’ published in the Australian Law Journal.

  • representing high profile clients in defamation proceedings brought against various publishers including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, The Daily Telegraph, and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

  • defending Nine Network Australia in defamation proceedings.
